Level up your brunch game with this filling shakshuka recipe! It only requires 1
pan and you probably already have most of the ingredients sitting in you pantry

2 tbsp olive oil
4 minced garlic cloves
1 diced onion
1 diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 can of peeled tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can chickpeas
Crumbled feta cheese
In a large saucepan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, spices, canned tomato, chickpeas and chorizo.
Bring to simmer and add s+p to taste.
Create small dimples in the pan and slowly crack an egg in each.
Cover and let the egg cook for around 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and feta.
Serve with bread of choice and enjoy!
