5-Ingredient Fluffy Pancakes 🥞

This one’s our tried & tested, foolproof, NO FUSS and 5-ingredient ONLY recipe of our fluffy pancakes! Whether you’re a sweet or savoury pancake gal, this recipe will surely have you making them every week 🤤

It’s so versatile, you can stuff it with Nutella / fold blueberries in it / add cinnamon swirls / go savoury and add bacon or go plain!

This batter has stood the test of time, I’ve been using this for well over 7 years now & it seriously doesn’t get easier than this!

🕒 20-30 mins 👤 3-4 people (10-12 medium sized pancakes)

  • 260g self-raising flour (1½ cup)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 100g sugar (6 tbsp)

  • 200ml milk

  • 2 large eggs

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. ✨ TOP TIP! ✨ Do NOT over-mix!! Only stir until they are combined. It’s okay if the batter still feels lumpy.

  3. Leave your batter rest for 10mins. (The batter might be a bit thicker then but that’s ok!)

  4. Get your non-stick pan in med-low heat and pour a 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. When you see the bubbles forming on the top (around 1.5 mins), flip your pancake.

  5. Continue cooking until all your batter have been used up and serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!!
