1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

2 medium carrots - diced
4-5 large prawns - cut into bite-sized pieces
2 green onions - thinly sliced
Green onion - thinly sliced
1/2 Nori sheet - chiffonade
In a large bowl mix flour, salt, whole eggs and dashi.
When combined, add cabbage, carrot, green onion and prawns.
To cook the pancake, generously oil a nonstick pan in medium heat and add the batter.
When the bottom is cooked (3-4 minutes) flip the pancake.
Once cooked, heavily drizzle with okonomi sauce and kewpie mayo.
Top with bonito flakes, green onions, nori and ENJOY! 😍
